The location for London was great and brilliant, very close to a very good central area and museums and Oxford st. The rooms were functional with its private toilet, the staff were kind.

The room was spacious and clean, a relief after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfy enough, and I appreciated the high ceiling and fresh air from the window. But there were no glasses or kettle. The lighting was harsh, and I missed having some reading lights. The shower was hot, but the mold situation needed attention. It just was like it needed a little more care to be enjoyable.

But seriously, the toilet played hard to get-twice the flush, twice the fun! And that shower could definitely use a spa day, or at least a scrub.
